That the commemoration of the 200th anniversary of Ibsen's birth must concern ordinary people – not only in Skien, but also in Telemark, which was the prerequisite for Skien to become Henrik Ibsen's birthplace. If we can do that, the commemoration will also be important for other ordinary people both in Norway and abroad.
