Welcome to Under the Stairs to Telemark Museum's exhibition about Karsten and Petra in Brekkeparken. This is not a traditional exhibition, but a place where children can play in Duestien kindergarten, read Karsten and Petra books, draw and build carpet huts.
The exhibition also refers to the joy of writing. In the exhibition we show a film with an interview with Tor Åge Bringsværd and Anne G. Holt. The Skiens author Bringsværd gives his view on another famous Skiens author, namely Henrik Ibsen.
Telemark Museum hopes the exhibition can help create both a love of reading and a love of writing in children.
