Would you like to know more about Henrik Ibsen's childhood in Skien? Join the Ibsen Walk in the footsteps of Ibsen, Sundays at 1 p.m. in March.
Here you will see where Henrik lived as a child and how the family lived an upper-class life in the hustle and bustle before his father Knud Ibsen went bankrupt. We tell about various memories that Henrik himself has written down from his childhood, and what he was like as a young boy in Skien until he moved away from home at the age of 15.
